Where should a portable toilet go on a Logan Martin Lake lot?
A portable toilet on a Logan Martin Lake lot should sit at road level near the driveway. Many lake houses around Pell City sit below the street on steep slopes. A spot within about 30 feet of the truck keeps weekly service on schedule and keeps the unit well away from the water.
- Dock and seawall jobs: keep the unit up top, not on the slope.
- Shared lake roads: leave room for neighbors to pass.
- Summer: shade helps. See summer heat tips.
What do Lakeside Park events and fishing tournaments need for porta johns?
Porta johns for Lakeside Park events and Logan Martin fishing tournaments belong near the parking and weigh-in areas. Lakefest brings crowds to the park each May, and bass and crappie tournaments launch at dawn. Units dropped the day before arrive stocked and ready before the first boat goes out.
Events on park property need City of Pell City approval. Add a hand wash station near food and a wheelchair-accessible unit for public crowds.
Do Pell City building permits cover the job-site toilet?
Pell City building permits come from the city's Inspections and Permitting office, and the job-site toilet is part of the builder's own planning. The unit itself does not need a separate permit on private property. Keep it off the street and sidewalk unless the city approves.
See Pell City Inspections and Permitting. Our construction rental bills every 28 days with weekly service.

Porta potty questions from Pell City renters
Can you deliver to my lake house in Cropwell or Wattsville when I'm not there?
You don't need to be home. Mark the spot with a cone or text us a photo, and the driver will set the unit there. Lake roads around Cropwell and Wattsville can be narrow, so tell us about gates, parked boats or low limbs before delivery day.
Do you also cover Riverside, Seddon and Eden?
Riverside, Seddon, Eden and Chula Vista are all on our Pell City route. Riverside sits right off I-20 on the lake, and Seddon is just south. Same-day delivery on noon orders works in these areas too, subject to truck availability.
How many units does a fishing tournament on Logan Martin need?
Unit count depends on boats, spectators and hours on site. Give us the number of boats and expected crowd, and we will suggest a mix. Tournaments with weigh-ins and food should add a hand wash station. Our sizing guide walks through the math.
What if my lake party falls on July 4th weekend?
Book July 4th weekend one to two weeks ahead, since holiday weekends fill fast. Event units drop the day before and leave the next business day. If the holiday lands near a weekend, we confirm the exact pickup day when you book.
