What should Logan Martin lake-lot owners know about porta john placement?
Porta john placement on Logan Martin Lake lots takes planning. The lake has about 275 miles of shoreline, and many lots drop steeply from the road to the water. Place the unit at road level near the drive, not down by the dock, so our truck can reach it within about 30 feet.
Lake-house remodels and dock jobs often run for months, which fits our 28-day rental with weekly service. See home remodel rentals.
Who handles permits and health questions for restroom rentals in Talladega County?
Restroom rentals on private land in Talladega County rarely need a permit. Events in city parks or streets need approval from that city, such as Talladega, Lincoln or Sylacauga. The Talladega County Health Department, part of the Alabama Department of Public Health, handles food vendor and septic questions.
County roads fall under the county commission, so keep units out of ditches and off shoulders. Find contacts at the Talladega County Commission.

Porta potty questions from Talladega County renters
Can I rent a porta potty for my yard near the speedway during race week?
Private yards and fields near the speedway are a common race-week setup. Order early, since race weekends book up fast. We set the unit before race-week traffic builds and pick it up the next business day after the race. For big camps, add a hand wash station.
Do you deliver to Sylacauga and Childersburg?
Sylacauga and Childersburg are in our service area, about 60 to 70 miles from Gadsden. That puts them near the edge of same-day range, so many orders arrive in the afternoon or the next morning. Book a day ahead when you can.
Can you supply porta potties for a plant shutdown near Lincoln?
Plant shutdowns and supplier jobs near Lincoln often need several units for a few weeks. Give us the crew size, shifts and gate rules. With more than about 10 workers per unit, add extra service visits so units stay clean through long shifts.
Are there extra steps for an event in the Talladega National Forest?
Events on Talladega National Forest land, such as the Chinnabee Lake area, need a Forest Service special use permit. Private land next to the forest only needs the owner's OK. Forest roads can be narrow, so plan units near a gravel lot or the main road.
