A weekend porta potty rental schedule is simple: units for Saturday or Sunday events drop off Friday or Saturday and get picked up Monday, at no extra cost. We work Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM, with no Sunday deliveries. Holiday weekends and graduation season fill fast, so book 1–2 weeks ahead.

When does a porta potty arrive for a weekend event?

A porta potty for a weekend event usually arrives the day before, which means Friday for a Saturday event. Sunday events get a Saturday or Friday drop-off, since we do not deliver on Sunday. Units arrive cleaned and stocked with toilet paper and hand sanitizer, ready for the first guest.

Dropping early gives you time to check the spot before guests arrive. You do not need to be home. Mark the spot with a cone or text a photo, as shown in our delivery checklist.

When is the porta potty picked up after the event?

Event porta potties are picked up the next business day after the event, at no extra cost. Saturday and Sunday events get a Monday pickup, and Monday holiday events usually get a Tuesday pickup. The flat event rate covers the extra days the unit sits on your property before and after.

Leave the unit where the driver set it, with the path clear. Close the door and latch it after the last use so wind and rain stay out. Check the weekend forecast at the National Weather Service before you set up outdoor seating near the unit.

What is the drop-off and pickup day for each event?

Drop-off and pickup days follow one rule: units arrive the day before and leave the next business day, never on Sunday. The table below shows the usual schedule for weekend events, holidays, graduations, and football Saturdays. Your quote lists the exact days, so confirm them when you book.

How far ahead should I book for a holiday weekend?

Holiday weekend porta potty rentals should be booked 1–2 weeks ahead. July 4th, Memorial Day, and Labor Day draw family reunions, lake parties, and church events at the same time, and weddings often book months ahead. For a normal weekday job, next-business-day delivery covers most orders.

Regular weekend partyAbout 1 week
July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day1–2 weeks
Graduation parties in May1–2 weeks
Fall football Saturdays1–2 weeks
WeddingsSeveral months
Weekday job siteNext business day

Lake weekends on Neely Henry, Weiss Lake, and Lake Guntersville book up early around the 4th. For weddings, see our wedding restroom rental options, including restroom trailers.

Can I get a porta potty the same day before a weekend?

Same-day porta potty delivery is possible Monday through Saturday when you order by 12 PM, subject to truck availability. A Friday or Saturday morning order can often go out that afternoon. Towns 60–80 miles out may get afternoon or next-morning delivery, and a same-day fee may apply and shows on your quote.

Holiday weekends leave fewer open trucks, so same-day is harder then. Read more on same-day porta potty delivery. If your event is Sunday, Saturday by noon is your last chance to order.

Does a weekend event unit get cleaned during the event?

A weekend event porta potty arrives clean and fully stocked, but it does not get serviced during the event unless you add that service. For a 1-day party, that is usually fine. For 2-day events, big crowds, or hot weather, ask about mid-event service or add more units so lines stay short.

More questions on this topic

Does it cost extra to keep the porta potty until Monday?

Keeping an event porta potty until Monday does not cost extra. The flat event rate includes drop-off the day before and pickup the next business day. Since we do not run on Sunday, a weekend unit stays with you through Sunday night and leaves Monday at no added charge.

Can I get a porta potty delivered on Sunday?

Sunday delivery is not available. Our trucks run Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 7 PM. For a Sunday event, we drop the unit off Friday or Saturday and pick it up Monday. Plan to order by Saturday at 12 PM at the latest, and earlier on holiday weekends.

What time of day will my weekend unit arrive?

Weekend units arrive during business hours, between 7 AM and 7 PM, on the drop-off day. The driver can call ahead if you ask. You do not need to be home, so mark the spot with a cone or text us a photo. Exact timing depends on the route that day.

What if I need to cancel because of rain?

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before delivery. If a storm is coming, check the forecast two days out and call us at (256) 540-7374 to cancel or move your date. After the unit is delivered, the rental runs on the schedule shown on your quote.

How early should I book for an Alabama football Saturday?

Book porta potties for a fall football Saturday 1 to 2 weeks ahead. Home game weekends and big rivalry games bring many tailgates and watch parties at once. The unit drops Friday and is picked up Monday, so you have it for the whole weekend at the flat event rate.
